摘　　要：基因组学的方法近年来被用于中医体质学研究,大部分体质类型均以平和体质为对照组进行了全基因表达谱检测,经生物信息学分析得到每种体质的特征性表达基因,并对特征基因的功能进行了初步阐释。这对于揭示中医体质类型的微观机制,从宏观与微观相结合的角度解释体质分类具有重要的意义。如能将9种体质放在同一实验条件下综合分析,并从DNA、RNA、蛋白质等不同水平开展研究,则能更加全面地揭示体质分类的微观机制。Genomics have been used in traditional Chinese medicine constitution study in recent years. All genetic spectrum detection is used to analyze the bioinformatics of most TCM constitutional types, with the mild physical type being the control group. The feature gene of each TCM constitutional types is explored. The function of feature gene is preliminary explained. There is significance in revealing the micro-mechanism of TCM constitutional types and explaining the TCM constitutional types from the combination of microcosmic direction and macroscopic direction. If nine types of TCM constitution are comprehensively analyzed from different levels such as DNA, RNA and proteins in the same experimental conditions, it will comprehensively reveal the micro-mechanism of TCM constitutional types.
