摘　　要：针对海晏县青稞产业现状及优势,提出海晏县青稞的发展措施:加强政策扶持,培育龙头企业;建立青稞生产基地,带动生产,提高规模效益;以青稞制种业为切入点,研制开发特色加工制品,延长产业链;以市场为导向,拓宽流通渠道。According to the current situation and the advantage of highland barley industry in Haiyan County,Haiyan County Development Measures on barley is： to strengthen policy support,cultivate leading enterprises; establishment of highland barley production base,promote production,improve economies of scale;barley seed industry as the breakthrough point,the development characteristics of processed products,extend the industrial chain; take the market as the guidance,to broaden the channels of circulation.
