针药结合治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合理气活血明目中药治疗前部缺血性视神经病变(anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,AION)的临床疗效。方法将AION患者64例(64只眼)随机分为两组,对照组32例(32只眼)仅用常规疗法治疗,治疗组32例(32只眼)在常规治疗基础上联用理气活血明目方及针刺治疗,15d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后视力、视野的改变及临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组视力均显著提高(P<0.01),视野缺损范围均显著缩小(P<0.01),但治疗组的视力升高值及视野缺损范围缩小值显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺联合理气活血明目中药能有效改善AION患者的视力、视野,具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with qi-regulating,blood activating,and eyesight-improving traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy （AION）.Methods Sixty four AION patients （64 eyes） were randomly divided into control group （32 cases,32 eyes） and treatment group （32 cases,32 eyes）.The control group received conventional treatment,while the treatment group received qi-regulating,blood-activating,and eyesight-improving prescription and acupuncture in addition to conventional treatment.Each group received two courses of treatment （15 d each course）.After treatment,the changes in eyesight and visual field were evaluated,and the treatment outcomes were assessed.Results The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group （P＜0.01）.Both groups showed a significant improvement in eyesight （P＜0.01） and a significant reduction in visual field defect （P＜0.01）,but the treatment group had a significantly more improvement in eyesight and a significantly higher reduction in visual field defect compared with the control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion For AION patients,acupuncture combined with qi-regulating,blood-activating,and eyesight-improving prescription can effectively improve the eyesight and visual field,demonstrating good clinical efficacy.
