摘　　要：教学能力是教员的核心能力。分析任职教育转型对教员教学能力的新要求,查找当前教员队伍教学能力存在的主要问题,提出加强任职教育教员教学能力培养的主要措施。Teaching ability is the core ability of teachers. The paper analyzes new demands on the teacher＇ s teaching abili- ty after professional education transformation, looks for main problems in teacher＇ s teaching ability, and puts forward major countermeasures for strengthening the teacher＇ s teaching capacity in professional education.
