50例下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤的手术疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤的手术治疗效果。方法:收集50例下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤病例,按病灶体积及部位行摘除术或开窗减压术。结果:行摘除术36例,切口延期愈合3例(8.33%),其余均Ⅰ期愈合,随访期内复发3例(8.33%)。行开窗减压术14例,除1例(7.14%)需要行二次手术开窗外,其余病例病灶均不同程度缩小,2例(14.29%)病灶完全消失,9例(64.29%)行Ⅱ期手术摘除,未见复发。结论:根据病灶的大小及部位,选用摘除术或开窗减压术均可获得良好的疗效。Objective：To investigate the effect of surgical treatment for keratocystic odontogenic tumor.Method：50 keratocystic odontogenic tumor patients which chosen in our study,were received curettage or decompression surgery,based on the size of lesions.Result：3 patients（8.33%） incision healing delayed and 3 patients（8.33%） got a recurrence in 36 patients after curettage,the others were primary healing and no recurrence.Except for 1 patient receiving secondary decompression,in the group of decompression,the sizes of mostly lesions were decreased.The lesions of 2 patients（14.29%） were disappeared and 9 patients（64.29%） followed a secondary curettage,with no recurrence.Conclusion：Both curettage and decompression are effective surgical treatments for keratocystic odontogenic tumor,according to the size and location of the lesion.
