摘 要:利用人工催产、人工授精的方法获得翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)(♀)×斑鳜(Siniperca scherzeri)(♂)杂交子代F1及F1的自交子代F2,并对翘嘴鳜、斑鳜及其杂交后代F1和F1自交后代F2的胚胎和胚后发育进行了初步观察与比较,并采用SSR分子标记方法对翘嘴鳜、斑鳜及其正交子代F1进行了分子鉴定.结果表明,翘嘴鳜卵径为(1.09±0.05) mm,正交F1雌鱼卵径为(1.26±0.05)mm、F2卵径(1.19±0.04) mm,显著小于斑鳜的卵径(1.83±0.09) mm (P< 0.05).翘嘴鳜受精卵在水温23.4-25.1℃经过46 h孵化破膜,F1受精卵在水温23.1-24.8℃经过49 h孵化破膜,F2受精卵在22.6-24.5℃经过51h孵化破膜,斑鳜受精卵在水温23.5-25.7℃经过107 h孵化破膜.翘嘴鳜、斑鳜、F1和F2初孵仔鱼大小分别为(4.06±0.50) mm、(4.58±0.30) mm、(4.21±0.30) mm和(4.14±0.20) mm.采用SSR分子标记方法,根据DNA带型的不同可以成功鉴别出翘嘴鳜、斑鳜及其杂交子F1.Embryonic and post-embryonic developments were observed and compared in mandarinfish Siniperca chuatsi,spotted mandarinfish Siniperca schezeri and its hybrids F1 and F2 induced to spawn and artificially fertilized at room temperature.The embryonic development of hybrids of Siniperca chuatsi × spotted mandarinfish Siniperca schezeri and their hybrids F1 and F2 were described and compared with each other and their parents.The results showed that in diameter the eggs of spotted mandarin fish (1.83±0.09) mm were larger than that of the hybrids F1 [(S.chuatsi (♀) × S.schezeri (♂)] (1.26±0.05) mm,hybrids F2 (1.19±0.04)mm and the mandarin fish (1.09±0.05)mm.The embryos of the mandarin fish,F1 and F2 were hatched in about 46 h at 23.4-25.1 ℃,49 h at 23.1 -24.8 ℃,51 h at 22.6-24.5 ℃ while the embryos of the spotted mandarinfish were hatched in about 107 h at 23.5-25.7 ℃.Newly hatched mandarin fish,spotted mandarin fish,F1 and F2 larvae were (4.06±0.50) mm,(4.58±0.30) mm,(4.21±0.30) mm,and (4.14±0.20) mm in length,respectively.It is indicated that SSR markers can discriminate well mandarin fish,spotted mandarin fish,and its hybrids.
