摘  要:采集大理洱源县温泉水、土壤、粮食和蔬菜等样品,通过高温水解-离子选择性电极法测试氟含量,探讨云南省大理洱源县温泉水、土壤、粮食和蔬菜等环境样品的氟含量特征。结果表明,温泉水样的平均氟含量达4.65 mg/L,土壤、粮食、蔬菜中氟的平均含量分别为732.01、0.70和11.57 mg/kg。其中温泉水的氟含量高于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)中氟的上限值1.00 mg/L;4个土壤样平均氟含量远高于我国土壤氟的背景值478 mg/kg,接近我国地氟病发生区土壤的平均值800 mg/kg;采集的9个粮食样品氟含量及平均含量均未超出国家限量标准(GB2762-2005);4个蔬菜样品的平均氟含量远高于我国蔬菜的国家标准(1.0 mg/kg)。采集的蔬菜样品无论是单个样品还是平均值均高于粮食样品,且叶菜中的氟含量大于根菜。To investigate the fluorine in hot spring water,soil,grain and vegetable in Eryuan county of Dali city,the samples were collected and tested by combustion hydrolysis ion selective electrode method.The results showed that the average fluorine content of collected hot spring water reached 4.65 mg/L,higher than the fluoride limit (1.00 mg/L) listed in the health standard for domestic drinking water (GB 5749-2006).The average fluorine in soil,grain and vegetable samples were 732.01,0.70 and 11.57 mg/kg,respectively.The average fluorine content of four soil samples was larger than the background value of Chinese soil (478 mg/kg),close to the average fluorine content (800 mg/kg) in the soil of epidemic fluoride area.The individual and average fluorine content of 9 grain samples were all under the limit of national standard (GB 2762-2005).The average fluorine contents of 4 vegetable samples was larger than the national standard (1.0 mg/kg).The fluorine contents of vegetable samples,either individual sample or average,were larger than grain samples.The fluorine content of leaf vegetable samples were higher than that of root vegetable.
