摘　　要："‘当代文论与批评实践’高端学术研讨会暨中国文艺理论学会2014年理事会"围绕着锻造具有中国特色的当代文论、提高当代文学批评质量等主题,深入讨论了中西方哲学、美学与文论的基本观念、内容及其流变、影响等问题,研究了面向当代文学实践,在综合中创新中国文论的途径与方法。会议取得了圆满成功。The high - end academic seminar of ＂the contemporary literary theory and critical practice＂ and the council of theory of literature and art society of China in 2014 have been convened. The following topics are discussed： to forge a kind of contemporary literary theory with Chinese characteristics, to improve the quality of the contemporary literary criticism, to study the fundamental conceptions, contents, rheology and influences of Chinese and western philosophy, aesthetics and literary theory. At the same time, the way and method of confronting the present situation for synthetical innovation have been studied. The meeting was triumph and perfect.
