摘 要:职业教育的迅速发展要求进一步完善职教师资人才培养的模式.分析、比较了"3+2"职教师资和普通师范职教师资人才培养模式的相同点以及两者之间的差异.指出了"3+2"职教师资人才培养模式的特点,并从专业教育、教学技能、技能考证以及综合素质四个方面提出了职教师资人才培养的对策与建议.最后指出了"3+2"职教师资人才培养模式是对现有职教师资人才培养模式的完善与拓展,适应了我国职业教育快速发展对教师供给的需求变化.The rapid development of vocational education requires further improvement of training model of talent cultivation. The similarities and differences of the cultivation model of “3+2” vocational teachers and normal vocational teachers were analysed and compared, and the characteristics of training pattern of “3 +2” vocational teachers were pointed out, and based on professional education, teaching skills, vocational certificate, and the overall quality, the related countermeasures and suggestions of vocational teachers talent training were proposed. Finally, it was pointed out that the “3 +2” talent training mode of vocational teachers had developed and expanded the existing mode of talent training, to adapt to China's rapid development of occupation education for teacher supply change.
