喹硫平两种剂量快速加量治疗精神分裂症急性期患者的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察两种剂量喹硫平治疗急性期精神分裂症的疗效。方法选取2011年1月至2013年1月入院治疗的急性精神分裂症患者100例,按数字表随机分成对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组首次使用喹硫平200 mg/d,以后每天增加200 mg,4 d内剂量达到600 mg/d。观察组喹硫平首剂100 mg/d,以后每天增加100 mg/d,7 d内使用剂量达到600 mg/d。4周后,对比分析两组的疗效及安全性。结果 4周后,对照组和观察组的有效率分别为82%和72%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率明显高于观察组。结论喹硫平100 mg/d快速加量治疗急性精神分裂症安全、有效,副作用小,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of two kinds of dose of quetiapine in the treatment of patients with acute phase schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with acute phase schizophrenia from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into control group（n =50）and observation group（n =50）.Patients in control group were given quetiapine 200 mg/d firstly,then the dose was increased by 200 mg/d,and reached 600 mg/d in 4 d.Observation group was given quetiapine 100 mg/d firstly,then the dose was increased by 100 mg/d,and reached 600 mg/d in 7 d.The efficacy and safety of the two groups was compared after 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the effective rates of observation group and control group were 72％ and 82 ％,there was no significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）,but the rate of adverse effect of control group was higher than that of observation group（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Using increasing dose of quetiapine by 100 mg/d in treating acute phase schizophrenia is safe and effective,with fewer adverse reaction.It is worthy of widely used.
