摘　　要：针对文化素质教育的现状作出分析,这种教育理念基于高等教育面对当前社会现状而提出,国内外相关实践与理论研究存在差异,对其现状进行梳理和研究有助于把握时代特征和高等教育的本质,从而自觉践行科学的文化素质教育理念。The cultural quality-oriented education was analyzed as an important educational idea to correct malpractices in higher education of the present era, and its practice and theoretical research are similar or different at home and abroad. To review and research its current situation is helpful to grasp the sound knowledge of the era＇s characteristics and the higher education＇s nature ,so as to consciously fulfill the scientific ideas of the cultural quality-oriented education.
