摘  要:电动石磨磨浆机结构笨重,易堵塞,机械效率低;传统的人力石磨磨浆也未解决堵塞问题,且需要2次磨制,生产效率低;电动砂轮磨浆机高速磨浆生产效率高,但易升温,会破坏营养成分,影响口感。为解决上述问题,本研究设计实现了一种新型锥形双螺纹石磨磨浆机,旋转石磨体为锥形,开有双线右旋螺纹,螺纹深度随直径加大而减小,直至消失。通过参数化设计合理确定锥形石磨参数,在有限空间内保证有效的加工面积,提高机械效率。实验表明,该机低转速逐层均匀粉碎磨制大豆,浆液不易受高温损害,有利于保留各种营养成分。The electric stone mill grinding machine structure is bulky, easy to be blocked, and its mechanical efficiency is low. The traditional human stone mill can not solve the clogging problem, its production efficiency is low because secondary grinding is needed. The electric grinding wheel refiner has high speed and high efficiency, but it is easy to heat up, leading to destroying the nutrients and affecting the taste. In order to solve the problems above, we de- signed and implemented a new conical double-screw threads stone mill refiner, and the rota- ting stone mill body is conical with two right-hand threads. As the diameter increased, its depth decreased. This structure can improve mechanical efficiency. The experiments showed that the machine's feature of low-speed, layer-by-layer and uniformly grinding of soybeans, can avoid the soymilk encountering to high temperature damage, which is conducive to reserve a variety of nutrients.
