摘　　要：目的采用凝胶法检测CIK细胞上清液及混悬液中的细菌内毒素。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版二部附录下XIE细菌内毒素的检测方法。结果 CIK细胞稀释4倍后的上清液及稀释8倍后的混悬液对细菌内毒素的检测结果均无干扰,其内毒素的限值符合规定。结论采用细菌内毒素检查法可定性检测CIK细胞上清液及其混悬液中的内毒素进行。OBJECTIVE To establish a gel method for the detection of bacterial endotoxin in the cytokine induced killer（ CIK） cells supernatant and the suspension. METHODS The bacterial endotoxin test in the appendix XIE of Chinese Pharmacopeia（ second part,2010 Edition） was used. RESULTS The CIK cells supernatant and its suspension did not interfere with the bacterial endotoxin test in8 diluted concentration and 4 diluted supernatant,respectively,and the limit of bacterial endotoxin met the regulation. CONCLUSION The bacterial endotoxin test could be used for controlling the limit of bacterial endotoxin of CIK cells supernatant and its suspension.
