论组织设计理论在高校篮球专项班课余比赛中的运用

摘　　要：课余比赛是有效强化和提高体育专业大学生专业技能的重要方法之一.为通过课余比赛来强化提高学生专业技能,文章运用组织设计理论把篮球专项教学班级合理设计成作战部、外联部、宣传部、技术统计部、裁判部、后勤部六个部门.在任课教师的统一指挥下,各部门协调配合,对学生课余篮球比赛进行有效的组织和管理,充分发挥学生课余比赛的价值.实践证明该方法可提高学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的实践能力及其他综合素质.Base on the organizational design theory, a class for basketball major was reasonably devided into six departments：fighting department, liaison department, propaganda department, technology department, judgement department and logistics department. In the charge of the course teacher, every department worked coordinately to organize and manage effectively of the students’ extracurricular competition, fully tapping the value of the students’ extracurricular competition. It shows that this method can improve students’ practical ability as finding problems, analyzing problems, solving problems and other comprehensive quality.
