摘 要:目的观察血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在人膀胱移行细胞癌组织内的表达,探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织内VEGF-C的表达与淋巴管生成及淋巴结转移的相关性。方法免疫组化法观察VEGF-C在60例膀胱移行细胞癌组织内的表达情况。以淋巴管内皮特异性标记物D2-40标记淋巴管。结果 VEGF-C在淋巴结转移组膀胱移行细胞癌组织内的表达水平显著高于无转移组(P<0.05);淋巴管密度(LVD)在淋巴结转移组显著高于无转移组(P<0.05)。结论在膀胱移行细胞癌组织淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移中VEGF-C发挥着非常重要的作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between VEGF -C and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) as well as lymph node metastasis, we observed the expression of VEGF - C in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of VEGF - C protein was examined in 60 transitional cell carcinoma of bladder by immunohistochemistry method. D2 -40 was used to detect lymphatic vessels as the specific marker of lymphatic endothelium. Results The expression of VEGF - C protein in lymph node metastatic bladdertransitional cell carcinoma was significantly different than that in non - metastatic group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The LVD was significantly higher in lymph node metastatic group than that in non- metastatic group(P 〈0. 05 ). VEGF- C expression was closely related to the tumor LVD and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions The high expression ofVEGF- C plays an important role on lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in bladder transitional cell
