摘 要:针对现有高速公路安全设施评价体系中大量定性指标量的困难,引入灰色关联理论,旨在通过指标间发展态势来衡量因素间关联程度。遵照系统性、有效性、可比性及可操作性的原则,建立高速公路安全设施评价指标体系,针对不同类型的指标采取对应的方法分类进行归一化处理,运用变异系数法确定指标权重,基于灰色关联分析和逼近理想点法相结合建立高速公路安全设施评价模型。结合实例将5条高速公路安全设施现状进行综合排序,通过研究不同分辨系数下各方案贴近度发现,分辨系数的改变并没有影响高速公路安全设施最优解的排序,分辨系数越大,贴近度越强。经核查与现实情况相符,表明运用该方法评价高速公路安全设施系统是客观合理的。In view of the difficulties of quantifying a large number of qualitative indices in the existing evaluation system of highway safety facilities and the grey characteristics of the evaluation system, the grey correlation theory is introduced into the development situation between the indicators to gauge the correlation degree among the factors. In accordance with the principles of systematization, validity, comparability, and operability, the evaluation index system of highway traffic safety facilities is established and the variation coefficient method is used to determine the index weight after being normalized. Based on grey relation analysis and ideal point meth- od, the evaluation model of highway traffic safety facilities is established. Combined with the actual cases of five highway safety facili- ties, the safety status are evaluated and ordered. Through the analysis on the closing degree of each case under different distinguishing coefficient, it is found that the change of the coefficient has no impact on the order of the optimal solution of the highway traffic safety facilities. The bigger the distinguishing coefficient, the greater the closing degree is. The results are consistent with the actual situation by verification, which indicates that it is objective and reasonable to evaluate highway traffic safety facilities system by this method.
