摘 要:用常规的监控系统进行交通流能力计算不仅耗时,而且投入成本较大,为节省时间成本和物资成本,基于实际调查的方法,对高速公路的道路情况、交通流情况等进行信息采集,收集实时数据,并对正常条件下和冰雪覆盖条件下的路面进行对比,用VISSIM仿真软件对某高速公路特殊路段进行交通流仿真,并按真实路况进行设施参数。仿真结果显示,相同的出入口匝道在正常条件下和冰雪条件下的交通流量相差不多,冰雪条件下的平均行程时间略高于正常条件下的平均行程时间;冰雪条件下的平均行程时间略高于正常条件下的平均行程时间,冰雪条件下的高速公路基本通行能力较正常条件下的大幅降低。The conventional monitoring system for traffic flow capacity calculation is time consuming and needs great input costs. Based on the actual survey, the information of road conditions and the traffic flow situation was collected in real time. The pavement conditions under normal conditions and ice conditions were compared. The VISSIM simulation software was used to simulate the traffic flow of a special road section of a freeway and set the traffic facilities parameters based on the actual situation. Simulation results showed that the traffic flow of the same entrance ramp under normal conditions and ice conditions was the same. The average travel time under snow and ice conditions was slightly higher than that under the normal conditions. The traffic capacity of freeway under snow and ice conditions was greatly reduced compared with that under the normal conditions. The experimental results can offer certain reference to the improvement of transportation efficiency and transportation safety in the northern cold regions in winter.
