摘　　要：柿树科(Ebenaceae)柿树属Diospyros L.植物柿Diospyros kaki的叶中主要含有黄酮类、萜类、萘醌萘酚类、香豆素类、甾醇类、有机酸、脂肪酸、挥发油等成分,其药理作用包括降糖、抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、对心脑血管系统的作用、止血、调血脂等。综述了柿叶的化学成分和药理作用,为该植物的进一步研究开发提供参考。The leaves of Diospyros kaki （Ebenaceae） mainly contain chemical constituents belonging to flavonoids, terpenes, naphthoquinones, naphthols, coumarins, sterols, organic acids, fatty acids, volatile components, and other ingredients, which have several pharmacological effects such as hypoglycemic, antioxidation, antibacterial, antitumor, the roles on cardiovascular system, hemostasis, hypolipidemic, and so on. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects are reviewed, which can provide references for further study.
