摘 要:利用不同的化学试剂和方法对紫穗槐种子进行浸种、破皮、催芽,打破休眠,以提高其发芽率和出苗率。紫穗槐种子用浓硫酸浸泡15min、100mg/L赤霉素浸泡2h、0.6%过氧化氢浸泡6h处理后直接播入土壤,覆土发芽率分别达到89%、83%、74%;出苗率分别达到88%、83%、72%。先在培养皿中培养,无覆土发芽率分别达到100%、90%、90%;发芽后植入土壤,覆土发芽率分别达到95%、90%、88%;出苗率分别达到92%、90%、84%。结果表明,用浓硫酸浸泡紫穗槐种子15min的发芽率和出苗率最高。100mg/L的赤霉素浸泡紫穗槐种子2h可以促进种子脱皮,提高出苗率。With different times,the treated seed of Amorpha fruticosa L.was either cultivated on the germination bed at 25 ℃ or transferred into soil directly.The rates of germinations and emergence were calculated.The germination and emergence rates were 89%,83%,and 74% and 88%,83%,and 72%respectively with treatments of H2SO4 soaking seeds in 15 min,100mg/kg gibberellic acid in120 min,0.6% H2O2 in 360min and directly planting in the soil respectively;germination rate with no soil covering(GRWNSC),germination rate with soil covering(GRWSC),and emergence after cultured for germination planting in the soil were 100%,90% and 90%;95%,90% and 88%;and92%,90% and 84%respectively.The rates of germination and emergence of Amorpha fruticosa L.seeds were the highest by the treatment with high concentrated H2SO4 soaking the seeds for 15 min.
