广东省城镇居民亚健康评定量表的常模研究

摘　　要：目的建立广东省城镇居民亚健康评定量表（SHMS V1.0）的常模,为城镇居民亚健康状况的筛查和诊断提供较为科学的参考标准。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取广东省广州市、深圳市、潮州市、花都市4个地区共4 000名城镇居民,采用SHMS V1.0进行问卷调查,在分析广东省城镇居民SHMS V1.0评分特点的基础上建立均数常模、百分位常模和划界常模。结果 SHMS V1.0总分的均数常模,男性40岁以下、40~60岁、60岁以上分别为（69.67±12.19）分、（68.41±12.69）分、（62.25±12.32）分;女性40岁以下、40~60岁、60岁以上分别为（67.51±11.16）分、（65.59±12.33）分、（59.59±12.71）分。百分位常模按量表总分的从低到高,以4个界点（x-s、x-0.5s、x＋0.5s、x＋s）把城镇居民划分为5种健康状态（疾病、重度亚健康、中度亚健康、轻度亚健康和健康）,其中4个划界标准对应总转化分百分位数的第15、第30、第70、第85位。结论本研究初步构建了广东省城镇居民SHMS V1.0常模,可为诊断和评估居民健康状况提供客观依据。Objective To establish the norm of SHMS V1.0 for Guangdong urban residents,and to provide a more scientific reference standard for the screening and diagnosis of sub- health status of urban residents.Methods We used stratified random sampling method to select 4 000 urban residents of Guangdong（ including Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Chaozhou,Huadu） for a questionnaire investigation with SHMS V1.0,and establish the norms of mean,percentile and threshold based on characteristics of SHMS V1.0 scores in Guangdong urban residents.Results The established mean norm of SHMS V1.0 total scores was：（ 69.67 ±12.19）,（ 68.41 ±12.69）,（ 62.25 ±12.32） for males under 40,40 ~60 and above 60 respectively;（ 67.51 ±11.16）,（ 65.59 ± 12.33）,（ 59.59 ± 12.71） for females 40,40 ~ 60 and above 60 respectively.The established percentile norm divided the residents according to total scores of SHMS V1.0（ from low to high） into 5 health state based on four boundary points（ x- s,x- 0.5s,x ＋ 0.5s,x ＋ s） ： disease,severe sub- health,moderate sub- health,mild sub- health and healthy.And the four boundary points were converted corresponding to 15%,30%,70% and 85% percentile.Conclusion The study has established the SHMS V1.0 norms for Guangdong urban residents preliminarily,which provides an objective basis for the diagnosis and assessment of the health status.
