摘 要:针对家具构件异型边部在胶压5~8 mm厚度实木板条时存在的生产效率低、工艺复杂、标准化程度不高、加工精度无法保证等问题,开发了软模热压式封边装置,并制定了相应的工艺规范。研究表明,金属壳体内橡胶充气袋增压和导热管内热油加热,对家具构件异型边部胶压厚度为5~8 mm的实木板条十分有效。这不仅提高了实木封边的生产效率,规范了生产工艺,而且具有较强的实用性。Gluing abnormity edge of furniture components with 5-8 mm thick wood lath has the problems of low production efficiency,complex process,low standardization degree and unqualified processing precision. In this study,an edge banding device applying soft mould through hot-pressing was developed,and the corresponding process standard was formulated. The results showed that pressure boost of the inflatable rubber bag in metal shell and hot oil heating were effective for the gluing of 5-8 mm wood lath on abnormity edge of furniture components. It was a practical technology that not only improved the production efficiency but also standardized the process of solid wood edge sealing.
