摘 要:借鉴木质材料界面液化自胶合的工艺,以杨木单板为原料,碳酸乙烯酯为液化剂,硫酸或甲烷磺酸为催化剂进行胶合板制造工艺的研究。采用正交试验法,探讨催化剂、液化剂以及热压工艺对胶合板胶合强度的影响。试验结果表明:以稀释硫酸作为催化剂,催化剂用量占液化剂的3.5%,液化剂的涂布量(单面)为250 g/m2,热压温度145℃,热压时间2.4 min/mm,热压压力1.2 MPa为较优工艺,胶合强度均值可达到1.46 MPa。The method of wood self-bonding by interfacial liquefaction was applied to study the manufacturing techniques of poplar plywood. Ethylene carbonate was chosen as liquefacient,and sulfuric acid or methane sulfonic acid as catalyst. The effects of catalyst,liquefacient and hot-pressing process on the bonding strength of poplar plywood were investigated by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the average bonding strength could reach 1. 46 MPa when the following parameters were chosen: dilute sulfuric acid as catalyst with the amount of 3. 5% of the liquefacient,the liquefacient quantity was 250 g / m2,the hot-pressing temperature was 145 ℃,the hot-pressing time was 2. 4 min/mm and hot-pressing pressure was 1. 2 MPa.
