摘　　要：目的:建立干酪素法测定榆黄喷雾剂中鞣质含量的方法。方法:参照《中国药典》中干酪素法测定鞣质含量。结果:干酪素法线性关系良好,鞣质平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=2.91%(n=3)。结论:该法简单、灵敏,可作为测定榆黄喷雾剂中鞣质含量的方法。Objective：To establish the determination method of tannin contents in YuHuang spray by casein method. Method：The contents of tannin was measured by casein method which referred to Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results：Casein method showed better linear relationship, average recovery rate of tannin was 99.1%, RSD=2.91%（n=3）. Conclusion： The method, simple and sensitive, could be applied to the determination of tannin contents in YuHuang spray.
