枳实消痞丸化裁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察枳实消痞丸化裁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将120例CAG患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组给予枳实消痞丸化裁治疗,对照组给予维酶素片治疗,治疗周期均为8周。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.7%,对照组为78.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枳实消痞丸化裁治疗CAG疗效肯定。Objective：To discuss curative effects of modified ZhiShi XiaoPi pill in treating chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods：Altogether 120 CAG patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated by modified ZhiShi XiaoPi pill, the control group accepted vitacoenzyme tablets, one course of the treatment was eight weeks. Results：Total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%, higher than 78.3% of the control group, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified ZhiShi XiaoPi pill is effective in the treatment for CAG.
