摘　　要：《陆犯焉识》对"异国"元素(包括环境与人物)的运用可谓条理分明,不仅以一个美华移民的跨国视角,对中国现当代历史进程的得与失做了立足于当代中国社会精神现状的整体观照,还进一步传达出一种延续理想主义精神传统、自觉超越"伤痕"思维的当代史观。It is pointed out in some quarters that The Criminal Lu Yanshi represents＂the unique features of the twentieth century in the eyes of a Chinese sojourning in America.＂There are also views held that, as a＂writer sojourning in America＂, Yah Geling wrote the novel to possibly epitomize her ＂national identification＂. The use of the elements（as well as milieu and figures）oF＇an alien country＂in The Criminal Lu Yanshi is highly organized in a total reflection on the gains and losses made in the historical process of China based on its current spiritual situation from a transnational perspective by an American-Chinese migrant on top of conveying a contemporary historical concept of continuing the spiritual tradition of idealism and self-conscious transcendence over the＂scar＂way of thinking.
