摘  要:通过双路探测系统采集锅炉火焰信号,经光电转换、放大、滤波、ADC转换等处理后得到两路数字信号,首先利用不同步进点数进行快速搜索,得到互相关最大值所在区间,然后在该区间精确计算互相关系数,快速找出互相关最大值点,作为火焰状态判断的依据。仿真结果表明,该方法在保证判断准确度的同时,可将计算时间缩短至直接计算的1/6-1/4,提高了火焰燃烧状况判断的速度。并以TMS320F2408 DSP为核心,设计了实时的锅炉火焰双路检测系统,验证了该快速算法的可行性。This paper got the boiler flame signal through the photoelectric conversion, amplification, filtering and ADC conversion with dual channel. Using the dual channel digital signal, it used different step points to search firstly to find the cross-correlation sequence maximum's interval, and then calculate the cross-correlation coefficient in the small interval precisely to find the maximum of cross-correlation coefficient quickly. It can use the maximum of the cross-correlation sequence to determine the flame status. The simulation shows that the algorithm not only assures the measure accuracy, but also reduces the computation time. It can directly reduce the computation time to 1/6 ~ 1/4. And it uses TMS320F2408 DSP as the system's core chip, designed a real time boiler flame dual detection system, verified the feasibility of this fast algorithm.
