摘 要:目的研究FHIT基因和蛋白在鼻咽癌组织以及正常鼻咽组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(RQ-RT-PCR)方法和免疫组织化学染色法分析检测54例鼻咽癌组织和28例正常鼻咽组织FHIT基因和蛋白表达水平。结果鼻咽癌组织中FHIT基因和蛋白的表达显著低于正常鼻咽组织(P<0.050),且FHIT基因和蛋白的表达与病理分化程度、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、性别、癌组织的浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。结论 FHIT基因和蛋白可能有助于鼻咽癌的诊断,它可作为鼻咽癌的预后因子。Objective To investigate the expression of FHIT gene and its protein in nasopharyngeal carcino-ma tissues and normal nasopharyngeal tissues, and explore its clinical significance. Methods The expression of FHIT gene and its protein was assessed by RQ-RT-PCR and immunohistochemical staining in 54 nasopharyngeal car-cinoma and 28 normal nasopharyngeal tissues. Results The expression of FHIT gene was significantly lower in naso-pharyngeal carcinoma tissues than that in normal nasopharyngeal tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of FHIT gene and its protein was closely related to differentiation and clinical stage (P〈0.05) and not related to age, gender and tumor in-vasion depth (P〉0.05). Conclusion FHIT gene and its protein may contribute to clinical diagnosis of nasopharyn-geal carcinoma, and it may be a prognostic factor for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
