摘 要:基于室内藻液配比实验的实测数据研究了抑食金球藻(Aureococcus anophagefferens)、强壮前沟藻(Amphidinium carterae)及海洋原甲藻(Prorocentrum micans)的散射特性。结果表明,3种典型赤潮藻的归一化散射光谱存在较大差异,但红光波段675 nm处叶绿素强吸收引起的散射谷均非常明显,而蓝绿光波段散射谷的波长位置却有所不同;400 nm、550 nm、660 nm、750 nm波段的散射系数与叶绿素浓度均存在非常高的相关性,回归曲线因藻种差异变化较大;绿蓝、红蓝及红绿波段的散射比与叶绿素浓度均存在正相关关系,表明随叶绿素浓度增加水色逐渐趋近于长波颜色,回归曲线也因藻种差异变化较大。Based on the measured data in algal proportion experiment,the present study analyzed scattering characteristics of alga Aureococcus anophagefferens,Amphidinium carterae,Prorocentru mmicans. The results showed that,the normalized scattering spectra of three kinds of typical red tide algae varied significantly,but thescatteringtroughat675 nm in the red band wasdeepened remarkably due to strong absorption of chlorophyll,and the troughposition in the blue- green band was different; the correlationsbetweenscattering coefficients at 400,550,660,750 nm and chlorophyll concentration were obvious,but the regressed curves changed greatly due to the difference of algae; furthermore,the positive correlations wereacquired between chlorophyll concentration and the ratios of scattering coefficients between different bands( green-to-blue,red-to-blue and red-to-green),which proved that the water color changed toward longer wavelength with increase of chlorophyll concentration,the regressed curves also varied greatly due to the difference of algae.
