血栓弹力图在早期肝硬化患者凝血功能状态评估中的作用

摘　　要：目的:评价早期肝硬化患者凝血功能的改变和血栓弹力图(TEG)在早期诊断肝硬化病人凝血功能障碍中的作用。方法:选取103例确诊为早期肝硬化的患者和60例健康体检者,所有实验者在住院期间均作常规凝血试验和TEG检测。结果:常规凝血功能检测与健康对照组无显著性差异,而血栓弹力图检测(R,K,Angle,CL)与健康对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:TEG指标能更加敏感地反映早期肝硬化患者的凝血功能障碍。Objective： To study the changes in blood coagulation and evaluations of coagulation with thromboelastography（TEG） in patients of early cirrhosis. Methods： A total of 103 patients with early cirrhosis and 60 healthy people were enrolled and all experimenters were determined by TEG and conventional coagulation tests. Results： There was not a statistical difference between healthy control group and conventional coagulation tests..However,TEG parameters（R,K,Angle,CL）were significantly different with healthy control group. Conclusion： TEG significantly detects early coagulation abnormalities in patients of early cirrhosis.
