摘　　要：目的:对FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期结直肠癌78例的临床疗效与不良反应进行探讨。方法:随机抽取我院2012年11月到2013年9月收治的晚期结直肠癌患者78例,给予奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙和5-FU联合治疗,在治疗期间对其临床疗效、不良反应和生活质量进行评估分析。结果:经治疗后患者的有效率为54.93%,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和神经毒性,25.35%的患者经治疗后KPS评分得到提高。结论:FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期结直肠癌安全有效,有利于改善患者生活质量。Objective：To make a discussion about the clinical efficacy and side effects of FOLFOX6 in the treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma. Methods：78 cases treated in our hospital from November 2012 to September 2013 were randomly selected for the study. The patients were given the therapy of oxaliplatin, calcium folinate plus 5-FU, and the evaluation and analysis of the clinical efficacy, side effects and the quality of life during the treatment would be made. Results：After the treatment, the efficient was 54.93%.The side effects mainly concluded bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reaction and neurotoxicity. And the KPS score of 25.35% patients was increased. Conclusions：The therapy of FOLFOX6 for advanced colorectal carcinoma was effective and safe, and did benefit to the improvement of the quality of patients life.
