摘　　要：目的　分离鉴定马蹄金全草的化学成分。方法　采用硅胶柱色谱等方法对马蹄金进行分离纯化 ,用IR ,MS ,1 H NMR ,1 3C NMR鉴定化合物。结果　分离得到 7个化合物 :β 谷甾醇 (Ⅰ ) ,香荚兰醛 (Ⅱ ) ,正三十八烷 (Ⅲ ) ,麦芽酚 (Ⅳ ) ,乌苏酸 (Ⅴ ) ,东莨菪素 (Ⅵ ) ,伞形花内酯 (Ⅶ )。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the isolation and structural elucidation of the whole herb of Dichondra repens Forst. METHODS: Column chromatography of silica gel was used to separate the chemical constituents. IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR were used to determine the structures of the isolated constituents. RESULTS: Seven compounds were identified by spectral analyses as β-sitosterol(I), vanillin(II), octatriacontane(III), maltol (IV), ursolic acid (V), scopoletin (VI) and umbelliferone (VII) respectively. CONCLUSION: All compounds were obtained from Dichondra repens Forst for the first time.
