摘  要:内涵发展阶段,高职教育应以质量提升为核心,以特色积淀与彰显为重点,回归教育本质,注重职业素质养成,重视高职文化与育人文化生成,凸显其文化影响力与吸引力。在对高职教育价值取向和理性追求解析基础上,系统审视内涵发展视域中高职的办学理念、办学定位、办学目标、办学思路和办学特色。办学理念犹如办学的灵魂,办学定位、办学目标、办学思路、办学特色等是办学理念的延伸和载体,共同构成办学主体对"办什么样的学校"和"如何办好学校"的深层次理性思索。At the stage of connotative development, higher vocational colleges should focus on improving their educational quality, having their own characteristics and demonstrating them. In addition, the colleges should return to the nature of education, which requires them to lay stress on the cultivation of professional quality,and on the formation and integration of campus and educational cultures, which exert influence and power on education. After analyzing the value orientation and intellectual pursuit of higher vocational education, this paper, from the perspective of connotative development, gives a detailed interpretation of the concepts: school-running philosophy, orientation, objective, strategies and characteristics. School-running philosophy is the soul governing the whole process, while its extensions and carriers are the school-running orientation, objective,strategies and characteristics, which jointly inspire the school-running entities to give a rationally deep thought to the two questions: what a college should it should be? how to run a college well?
