摘　　要：通过对农产品冷链流通过程的研究,探讨了采收、屠宰、捕捞后的质量控制,储运过程中的质量控制、销售过程中的质量控制,并强调了科学技术的合理运用对农产品冷链物流质量控制的重要意义,有利于我国农产品冷链物流的发展。The study of the circulation of agricultural products cold chain discussed the harvest, slaughter, catching, storage and transportation quality control and sales quality control, also emphasized the important significance of the reasonable use of science and technology on the quality control of the agricultural products cold chain logistics process, is conducive to the development of Chinese agricultural products cold chain logistics.
