摘　　要：一直以来,供应链的各个环节都有自己的库存策略,各个环节都为谋求自身利益的最大化,这样只能使得供应链的整体库存成本不断升高。在当前竞争激烈的社会中,企业只有想尽办法降低成本,才能立足于激烈的竞争中,从而便产生了联合库存管理这个概念。文章通过介绍供应链相关知识引出联合库存管理的概念,并在此基础上以A企业为例,结合经济订货批量法(EOQ),构建模型分析出A企业实施联合库存后实现的成本控制。Enterprises have their own inventory management and pursue their self-interest maximization on the traditional supply chain. So, the ultimate inventory costs of the overall supply chain is rising. Competition is fierce in the current era of world. Enterprises must reduce the cost to involve in the increasingly intense global competition. Based on introduction of supply chain management and inventory management, the concept of joint stock is introduced. This paper set A company as an example and combined with EOQ. A model to analyze the cost control of the A company is built.
