多层螺旋CT扫描对颅咽管瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：分析多层螺旋CT扫描对颅咽管瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法选择2008—2013年我院收治的颅咽管瘤患者12例，均进行多层螺旋CT扫描，重点观察肿瘤位置、形态、密度、大小及与周围组织的关系。结果多层螺旋CT扫描显示，颅咽管瘤位于鞍上8例，鞍内2例，混合型2例；囊性7例，囊实性3例，实性2例；圆形3例，卵圆形4例，不规则形5例；肿瘤密度为12～56 HU，平均（32.0±1.2） HU；肿瘤直径为1.5～6.9 cm，均有占位效应。结论多层螺旋CT扫描能清晰显示颅咽管瘤的位置、形态、密度、大小及与周围组织的关系，对颅咽管瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有一定价值。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of multislice CT scan in craniopharyn -gioma.Methods From 2008 to 2013, 12 patients with craniopharyngioma underwent multislice CT scan in our hospital were en -rolled, and the tumor location, shape, density, size, and relationship with surrounding tissues were observed .Results Mul-tislice CT scan results showed that , 8 patients′tumor located in saddle upside , 2 located in saddle inside , 2 located in both sad-dle upside and inside; 2 patients′tumor nature was cystic , 3 was cystic and solid , 2 was solid; 3 patients′tumor shape was round, 4 was ellipsoidal, 5 was irregular; the tumor′s density was 12 to 56 HU, average at （32.0 ±1.2） HU; the tumor′s diameter was 1.5 to 6.9 cm, and all tumors complicated with occupied effect .Conclusion Multislice CT scan can clearly show location, shape, density, size, and relationship with surrounding tissues of craniopharyngioma , has certain diagnosis and dif-ferential diagnosis value .
