FOCUS超声刀在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:研究FOCUS超声刀在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫中的效果及操作技巧。方法:2010年8月—2012年10月应用HARMONIC超声刀配备FOCUS刀头(研究组64例)及高频电刀(对照组67例)行乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫,两组进行对比观察。结果:研究组的手术时间、平均腋窝引流时间及术后平均住院时间均短于对照组,出血量及清扫腋窝淋巴结数目二者无明显差异。结论:和传统的高频电刀相比,应用超声刀行腋窝淋巴结清扫安全可靠,且可缩短手术时间、术后腋窝引流时间,不增加术后并发症。Objective： To explore the effect and operating skill of focus harmonic scalpel applied in axillary lymph nodes dissection for breast cancer. Methods： From August 2010 to October 2012,64 patients（ the research group） underwent axillary nodes dissection with FOCUS harmonic scalpel and 67 patients（ the control group） underwent axillary nodes dissection with radio knife respectively. The clinical data were compared between these two groups. Results： The operation time,average armpit draining time and average stay time after operation of the research group were obviously shorter than those of the control group.There was no statistical difference in bleeding volume and the sum of resected axillary nodes between two groups. Conclusion：Compared to that with orthodox radio knife,axillary nodes dissection with Harmonic scalpel was safe and worthy to be spreaded,with shorter operation time and armpit draining time,and without increasing postoperative complications.
