自卑补偿的跨文化观

摘　　要：在阿德勒的自卑与补偿理论体系中,他将自卑补偿从补偿对象、补偿性质和补偿实施者三个维度进行阐述。有学者针对补偿实施者这一维度对阿德勒的理论进行了补充,提出他人补偿理论。文章从东、西方不同文化的角度出发,对他人补偿的跨文化适应性提出质疑,认为自卑补偿的他人补偿不具备跨文化适应性,但存在文化阈限,自卑具有替代性补偿特点,且具有跨文化适应性。There is an inferiority and compensation theoretical system of Alder. He separated the compensation of inferiority into the object,nature and implementer of the compensation three dimensions elaborate.In order to improve and perfect Alder＇s theoretical system,researchers put forward others-compensation theory. Holding the view that others-compensation doesn＇t have intercultural adaptability but has cultural threshold, the article questions the intercultural adaptability of others-compensation from the differences between eastern-culture and western-culture, holding the view that the substitute compensation of inferiority has interculture adaptability.
