北京地区三级综合医院感染科运行现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京地区三级综合医院感染科运行现状。方法对北京地区三级综合医院进行问卷调查。结果北京地区三级综合医院感染科设置率87.5%,45.8%设有病房。83.3%科主任为感染性疾病专业,91%感染科医师接受培训。感染专科门诊29 895.10人次/年,发热门诊15 173.45人次/年;肠道门诊6 343.43人次/年;平均出院患者711.56人次/年,床位使用率121.62%。院内感染科会诊平均367.95人次/年,院外会诊48人次/年。收治病种以非法定传染病为主,法定传染病/非传染病比例为0.56:1。医院对感染性疾病科支持不足,仅54.5%有专项经费支持,仅10家有传染病补贴;感染科医师(中级)收入占其它科室收入87.4±15.2%。结论北京地区三级综合医院感染科运行状况良好,但仍有提升空间。Objective To investigate the running status of Department Of Infectious Diseases in third-level general hospitals in Beijing.Method A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the third-level general hospitals in Beijing.Result There were 87.5％ of the third-level general hospitals having Department Of Infectious Diseases,and 45.8％ had ward.83.3％ of heads of the departments were infectious diseases professionals,and 91％ of infectious diseases physicians had received infectious diseases training.The inflection outpatient clinic had 29895.10 visits per year,fever clinic had 15173.45 visits per year,and intestinal clinic had 6343.43 visits per year.The average inpatient number was 711.56 per year,and the bed occupancy rate was 121.62％.The Department of Nosocomial Infections had consultation of average 367.95 times per year,with consultation outside the hospital of 48 times per year.The main treatment diseased were non-statutory infectious diseases,and the ratio of statutory and non-statutory infectious diseases was 0.56：1.The Department of Infectious Diseases lacked of support from hospital,only 54.5％ of hospitals provided special funds support,only 10 hospitals had infectious subsidies; and the revenues of infection physicians （intermediate title） accounted for 87.4 ± 15.2％ of revenue of other departments.Conclusion The running status of Department Of Infectious Diseases in third-level general hospitals in Beijing was in good condition,and there was still further room for improvement.
