摘  要:应用PDSI质量管理工具,结合急诊科实际,从确定目标,召开专题会议,完善制度;硬件设施改善,医护人员结构合理,建立人员培训考核机制,加强急救质量管理,建立急诊绿色通道,加强会诊管理;加强培训与学习,落实行政查房以及效果评价,改进再优化等方面,对急诊科急危重症救治质量和安全管理进行综合改进。全面提高急诊科救治质量,确保医疗安全。By using the PDSI quality management tool combined with the actual practice,the comprehensive improvement on the quality of acute and critical care treatment and safety management was taken in the Emergency Department from several aspects including setting goals to convene a special meeting to improve the system ; improvement of the hardware facilities,reasonable health care staff structure,establishment of personnel training and examination mechanisms,enhancement of the quality of emergency management,the establishment of emergency green path and strengthening consultation management; strengthening training and learning as well as the implementation of administrative rounds and effect evaluation,re-optimization of improvement,etc.The treatment quality of the Emergency Department was comprehensively improved to better ensure the medical safety.
