MFG-E8对乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨乳脂肪球表皮生长因子(MFG-E8)水平变化对诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的价值及相关性。方法经病理组织学确诊的浸润性乳腺癌患者38例为观察组,40例体检正常妇女作为对照组,比较两组血清MFG-E8、CD68、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、细胞增殖相关蛋白(Ki67)、CA15-3、CEA的水平。结果观察组MFG-E8、CD68、VEGF、CA15-3、CEA的表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的Ki67表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MFG-E8表达水平与CA15-3、CEA表达水平呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论临床检测MFG-E8水平对乳腺浸润性导管癌具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate milk fat globule epidermal growth factor 8（ MFG-E8） in the diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,and to investigate the correlation between MFG-E8 level and breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods Thirty-eight cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma confirmed by histopathology were in the observation group,40 normal women were in the control group. The levels of serum MFG-E8,CD68,vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）,cell proliferation related protein（ Ki67）,CA15-3 and CEA were compared between two groups.Results The expression levels of MFG-E8,CD68,VEGF,CA15-3 and CEA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,Ki67 expression level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. MFG-E8 expression level positively correlated with CA15-3,CEA expression levels in the observation group（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusion MFG-E8 level is valuable in the diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
