摘 要:目的研究扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖(Glycosaminoglycan from Scallop Skirt,SS-GAG)对感染单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(Herpes simplex virus typeⅠ,HSV-Ⅰ)小鼠的保护作用。方法通过在无菌条件下给予小鼠注射SS-GAG,连续11d,并在给药第三天给小鼠腹腔注射HSV-Ⅰ病毒悬液建立小鼠感染模型,观察SS-GAG对HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠存活时间及死亡率及体重的影响,并计算其生命延长率。观察SS-GAG对对HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数等免疫指标的影响。结果与病毒对照组相比,SS-GAG(10mg·kg-1、20mg·kg-1、40mg·kg-1)能明显延长HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的平均存活时间,降低小鼠的死亡率(P<0.01),提高小鼠体重(P<0.01),并且能显著提高HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数(P<0.01)。结论扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖对HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠有一定的保护作用。其作用值得进一步研究。OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of scallop skirt glycosaminoglycan on immune function in mice infected with HSV-Ⅰ. METHODS Every mouse was treated by SS-GAG with different doses respectively for 11 days. After 72 hours,the mice were injected by HSV-Ⅰ. The mice models infected with HSV-Ⅰ were established by full-inoculation through abdominal cavity of mice to observe the influences of SS-GAG on the survival time,life Prolongation rate and mortality rate. RESULTS Compared with virus control,SS-GAG(10 mg · kg^-1、20mg·kg^-1、40mg·kg^-1) could significantly prolong the mice infected with HSV-Ⅰ mean survival time of mice reduced mortality,improved body weight of mice. Meanwhile,the index of thymus of mice treated by SS-GAG improved significantly(P〈0. 01). CONCLUSION The glycosaminoglycan from scallop skirt(SS-GAG) has depressant effects on HSV-Ⅰ in vivo. The SS-GAG could be utilized for the further research.
