血痛定巴布贴治疗军事训练急性软组织挫伤60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察血痛定巴布贴治疗军事训练急性软组织挫伤的临床效果。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规镇痛、理疗、制动等方法治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,外敷血痛定巴布贴治疗。结果治疗组有效率达100.0%,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血痛定巴布贴是治疗军事训练急性软组织挫伤的有效方法,值得进一步研究和推广。OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effects of Xuetongding Babu Tie on acute soft tissue injury in military training. METHODS 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given conventional analgesic therapy,physical therapy and braking therapy;Based on the treatment of control group,the treatment group was given plaster therapy of Xuetongding Babu Tie. RESULTS The effective rate of treatment group was 100%,better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION Xuetongding Babu Tie is effective in treatment of acute soft tissue injury in military training,it is worthy of further research and promotion.
