摘　　要：为了满足社会的需求,高职院校的课程改革势在必行。通过对《食品理化检验》课程的教学改革,培养学生具备熟练的检验技能和较强的职业素养,提高运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力,使学校与企业真正的做到"零对接"。in order to meet the demand of the society, higher vocational colleges of the curriculum reform is imperative. Food physi- cal and chemical inspection from the Angle of the teaching reform of the course, to cultivate students with skills proficiency test and strong professional quality, improve the ability to apply the theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems, make the school and enter- prise really achieve ＂zero docking＂.
