The Professional Commitment Level and Characteristics of Newly-enrolled Nursing and Midwifery Students

摘  要:目的:了解新入校护生护理专业承诺水平,分析与护理专业承诺水平相关的影响因素,为提升护生专业承诺水平起着积极的促进和指导作用。方法:采用护理专业承诺量表和基本情况调查表对519名新入校护生进行调查后用SPSS17.0行统计学分析。结果:新入校护生专业承诺总均分为103.42±16.22;是否独生子女、入学层次、就读意愿等因素对专业承诺水平的影响显著(均P<0.05)。结论:新入校护生专业承诺水平较高,新入校护生的个人特点、家庭情况对专业承诺水平均有影响,对新护生的专业承诺水平提高有指导作用。The objective of the article is to understand the level of professional commitment of newly-enrolled nursing students by analyzing the following factors associated with professional commitment level, which helps to play an active role for promotion and guidance to enhance the professional commitment level of nursing students. In the article, the basic information questionnaire and the nursing professional commitment scale were applied as a tool, though the way of questionnaires administered to 519 newly enrolled nursing students in vocational school, and the collected data were statistically analyzed through methods of analysis with statistical software SPSS 17.0.. The results of the analyses are the following: the newly enrolled nursing students' professional commitment to the total average score was 103.42 ± 16.22; whether the only child, freshmen entrance education, attending willingness and so on significantly affected the level of professional commitment (p〈0.05). Finally the article makes the conclusion that the level of newly enrolled nursing students' professional commitment is high; personal characteristics and family condition had effects on the level of newly-enrolled nursing Students' professional commitment and they are helpful to improve the new nursing students' professional commitment level
