Skp2和Cmyc蛋白在子宫内膜样癌中的表达和临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Skp2和Cmyc蛋白在子宫内膜样癌中的表达,并分析其与子宫内膜样癌发生发展及预后的关系。方法选取48例术前未行放化疗的子宫内膜样癌石蜡标本及与其对应正常子宫内膜组织,免疫组织化学Polymer conjugate法检测Skp2和Cmyc蛋白在两种组织中表达情况。结果 Skp2和Cmyc蛋白在子宫内膜样癌中阳性表达率分别为35.4%和70.8%,显著高于正常子宫内膜组织(分别为2.1%和0),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Skp2蛋白表达与淋巴结转移及病理分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、绝经及肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05);Cmyc蛋白表达与肿瘤分化程度、病理分期和绝经有关(P<0.05),而与年龄和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),Skp2和Cmyc蛋白在子宫内膜样中的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论Skp2和Cmyc蛋白表达均与子宫内膜样癌的发生发展及预后有关,二者表达增高可能是患者预后差的标志。Objective To explore the expression of Skp2 and Cmyc protein in endometroid adenocarcinoma and evaluate its relationship with occurrence,development and prognosis of endometroid adenocarcinoma.Methods Expression of Skp2 and Cmyc protein was detected in 48 cases of endometroid adenocarcinoma without preoperative chemoradiotherapy and normal endometrial tissues using polymer conjugate immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rates of Skp2 and Cmyc expression were 35.4％ and 70.8％ in endometroid adenocarcinoma,respectively,which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues（2.1％ and 0,P ＜ 0.05）.The expression of Skp2 was positively related with lymph node metastasis and pathological staging（P ＜ 0.05）,but not with age,menopause and differentiated degree（P ＞0.05）.The expression of Cmyc was positively related with differentiation degree,pathological staging and menopause（P ＜ 0.05）,but not with age and lymph node metastasis（P ＞ 0.05）.Skp2 and Cmyc expression was not correlated in endometroid adenocarcinoma （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The expression Skp2 and Cmyc participate in the development and prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma,and their high expression may be a sign of poor prognosis of endometroid adenocarcinoma.
