摘 要:目前普通自行车多采用硬尾车架,其结构特点相对固定,决定了用作辅助能源的燃料电池其壳体设计需同时考虑车架和燃料电池系统组成的结构特点。针对该问题,通过分析燃料电池系统组成与自行车及车架的结构特点,从自行车车架的可靠连接、燃料电池系统的多用途和生产下料的方便性等方面进行了电动自行车用燃料电池的壳体设计。该壳体经一定的拆装后可作它用。At Present,the most ordinary bicycle uses hard tail frame and its structure is relatively fixed,which makes PeoPle have to consider both the frame structure and fuel cell system constitution simultaneously when design the case structure of fuel cell. For the above Problem,we analyzed the characteristic of both the comPosition of fuel cell system and the case structure of fuel cell system and designed case structure of fuel cell by taking many factors including the reliable connection with the bicycle frame,the fuel cell’s multiPurPose and the convenience of Production and so on into account, and this case design can be used for other PurPose by simPle dismounting.
