摘 要:为探索结构简单、元件少、性能优的ISD悬架结构,对安排在不同位置的惯容器、弹簧和阻尼3个元件进行排列组合,构建12种含惯容器的悬架结构,并运用悬架阻抗分析法建立1/4悬架模型,采用多目标优化方法对悬架参数进行优化。以加权车身加速度、轮胎动载荷以及悬架动行程均方根值为指标,在Matlab环境下对构建的ISD悬架结构进行平顺性研究。仿真结果表明:与传统悬架相比,有8种ISD悬架结构性能优于传统悬架,其中4种ISD悬架结构减振效果明显。In order to exPlore the ISD susPension structure which has less comPonents,simPle struc-ture and excellent Performance,we Put forward twelve susPension structures tyPes with inerter after the Permutation and combination of inerter,sPring and damPing and arranged them in different loca-tion . A quarter susPension models were built in the method of susPension imPedance analysis by using the multi-objective oPtimization method for susPension Parameters oPtimization. With weighted body acceleration,tire dynamic load and susPension working sPace root-mean-square values as an index,the ride comfort simulation was studied on the ISD susPension structure in the Matlab environment. Simu-lation results indicate that eight kinds of ISD susPension structures Performance are suPerior to the tra-ditional susPension comPared with traditional susPension,and four kinds of ISD susPension struc-tures’s vibration reduction effect are remarkable.
