摘　　要：介绍了MVF-1H摩擦试验机的结构和工作原理,在该试验机上对无石棉材质离合器摩擦面片进行摩擦试验。对所得试验结果进行分析、处理,得出了影响离合器摩擦面片摩擦特性的因素,同时得到了试验力、温度、转速等因素对摩擦材料摩擦因数的影响规律,为离合器摩擦面片的设计、生产提供了一定的理论和试验基础。The structure and working PrinciPle of MVF-1 H friction tester were described and on which the non-asbestos material testing machine friction clutch Patch test was Processed. The test results shows the derived factors facets which affect clutch friction ’s characteristics,and the effect laws of test force,temPerature,sPeed and other factors on the friction coefficient of friction material after be-ing analyzed and Processed,which Provides a theoretical and exPerimental basis to the design and Production of clutch friction surfaces Piece.
