摘　　要：近年来,高校毕业生就业形势仍然比较严峻,农科专业的学生就业相对更难,地方高校农科专业学生在就业选择上更倾向于城市及非农产业就业,就业途径较单一,但作为农业大国,随着农业产业结构调整和现代农业的发展,对农业科技人才的需求相对较大。因此,须转变学生的就业观念、加大农科专业的教育教学改革力度,积极引导毕业生基层就业或农村就业。The employment situation of graduates in universities is still severe in recently years, and for agricultural majors it＇s even worse. On the one hand, China is an agricultural country whose agricultural structure adjustment and modem agriculture development are in great need of the scientific and technological staff. On the other hand, graduates studying in local agricultural colleges prefer to work in cities and non-agricultural industries. Therefore students＇ employment attitudes should be changed, a vigorous teaching reform should be vigorously carried out, and graduates in agricultural majors should be guided to work in ~rass-roots units or rural areas..
