摘 要:为保证公路客运继续受到旅客的青睐及其市场份额,以北京市公路客运为背景,通过对其现状进行调查,分析其布局特征及客流特征,得出影响公路客运未来发展的因素;然后以旅客的需求为出发点,应用经济学中的Kano模型,并结合模糊聚类方法建立模型,对影响旅客出行需求因素的重要度进行排序;最后得出在旅客出行需求中,公路客运以其点对点直达占据绝对优势,以此为基础提出相应的策略,以期为公路客运可持续发展提供理论依据。In order to obtain passenger favor and ensure market share, Beijing highway passenger transport is used as background. Through investigating its present situation, analyzing its layout characteristics and passenger features, the factors influencing the future highway passenger transport were concluded. Then on the basis of passenger demand, Kano model of economics was applied combined with Fuzzy clustering method and the importance of factors affecting demand for passenger travel was sorted. It could prove that highway passenger transport has the absolute dominance in direct travel point to point. On the basis of above advantage, the corresponding strategies are proposed providing the theoretical basis for the sustainable development of highway passenger transport.
